my recent stay in Seoul was made exceptional by Gangnam Artnouveau City. The vintage and classy design of the hotel and rooms created a cozy atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The spaciousness of the room, with a small kitchen and washer/dryer, was perfect for my needs. The helpful and professional staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Gangnam!

The staff was very accomodating. They spoke english and were very helpful with directions and taxis.

There were no 110 outlets only 220 voltage. Also there wasn't an iron in the room, we had to call the front desk. But they immediately brought one to the room

the professional staff made our stay perfectly pleasant. the location was handy - right by the Gangnam metro station, department stores, and the main boulevard. 3. the bed was comfortable. 4. the room itself was good.

Everything was good, design is nice, it is spacious, kitchen is useful for breakfast (they provide coffee and tee) and in the evening there is plenty of restaurants 1 min from hotel. Service is very good, there is metro station at 5-10 min by foot. Situated in very business area of Seoul.

A great small scale luxury style apartment hotel - everything you needed was there, it was very secure and quiet. We got lost trying to find the hotel from the google map provided as the location was incorrect, one of the staff came out to find us at 1:30am, thank you!

As the floors are heated, the rooms get very hot during the day when the room card is removed from the power slot and air conditioning is disabled...........the airconditioner in the bedroom is rather noisy and you cannot adjust the fan, it blows directly onto the bed so you end up rather cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located very close to the Samsung towers in the Gangnam business district. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient washer and dryer in our suite. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the staff was very courteous and accommodating, allowing us a late check out. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the Gangnam Subway station, making it easy to explore this city. The breakfast offered tailor-made omelettes and great value for money.

The room was really nice and clean, just like what you see in the picture. The hotel staff were helpful and could speak English. The place is also near to many food stalls so finding food was convenient.

The toilet is small and the distance to other shopping areas is rather far.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was spacious and elegant. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Gangnam Station, and the staff treated us exceptionally well.

The hotel was fabulous with great and incredible location near to Gangnam, the center of all the main bars / clubs and a subway. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with large tv, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge were provided.

The staff were very helpful, and the location could have being better.

I like nothing about this hotel, It's really a big disappointment.

Staff are not friendly nor helpful (most of them). Rooms are not that clean. No WiFi in rooms, we must go all the way downstairs to the biz centre. Hotel is very ristrected as we are in a war!! No swimming pool.

The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was REASONABLY PRICED. Its staff were very polite, I felt cozy.
